On average, Future Three’s marketing initiatives, led by Fenwick, was responsible for over 70% of new sales each year.
In the early 1990s, Fenwick created a continuing education program for Future Three’s AS/400 user community. She developed various courses for client training including ASN Essentials, a course used to decode electronic data interchange syntex for advance shipping notices used in the automotive industry. Under Fenwick’s leadership, the revenue generating education services group produced 30% of all training revenue in the first year of introduction.
